You meet the driver at the Upper Level Drop Off Zone 4 who will be attired in a orange shirt, he will present to you a booking card with all your details recorded on it, you sign the upper copy and keep the bottom copy for your self.
On arrival you meet the driver again at the Upper Level Drop Off Zone 4, present the bottom copy to the driver and he will hand over your vehicle.
